The basis for every project is the architectural background - a drawing with real dimensions, architectural and construction features of the room. If you do not have such drawings, our team will undertake to prepare them.

2. Conceptual distribution

2D functional distribution of the premises, proposals for the placement of furniture and furnishings, with the aim of space optimization.

3. 3D visualizations

After approval of the conceptual solution by the client, we create a 3D model and visualization.

4. Technical drawings

An invariable part of the project are all accompanying technical parts: flooring plan, soffit plan, electrical and plumbing assignments, wall expansions, furniture manufacturing assignments, working drawings and assignments to subcontractors.

5. Quantitative value accounts

This part includes an inventory and valuation of all interior elements related to the implementation of the project.
